QChefs revolutionises dental care for animals with recyclable packaging

QChefs, known for its innovative dental care products for dogs, cats, and horses, has switched over all its packaging to paper made by Koehler Paper.

Koehler NexPlus packaging paper products are heat sealable and reliably protect the products inside them with a variety of barrier properties. In addition, the recyclability of these products has been verified in conformity with the Cepi standard, confirming their value as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional plastic packaging. QChefs products are available throughout all of Europe at pet stores, feed and supply stores, pharmacies, and veterinary clinics, as well as online and through international partners in over 30 countries.

Sustainability is part of the company’s DNA: that goes from research based on the use of natural products and their effect on the body’s natural healing all the way to resource efficient production operations in Bavaria, Germany. The family business procures raw materials from local sources to the greatest extent possible and uses energy efficient production processes – all with the goal of reducing its environmental footprint to an absolute minimum.
