This coated GC1 folding board, made by Stora Enso, features a three-layer fibre structure with CTMP (chemi-thermomechanical pulp) in the middle layer, allowing it to benefit from a number of outstanding characteristics. Not only does Performa White deliver fantastic print results, with the white reverse side also suitable for full colour printing, but its high brightness and whiteness contribute to a beautiful look and finish for any project.
For applications that include chocolate and other sensitive products, the board also offers taint and odour neutrality.
Performa White is suitable for use on printing technologies such as offset, flexo, rotogravure and digital, so ideal also for short run cartons, which is an area seeing a huge growth in the market, as well as the most demanding finishing techniques including embossing and foil blocking.
