Packaging design studio Burgopak has teamed up with the global financial platform Kast, to design and manufacture packaging for its new physical card.
The brief was to create packaging that is a brand extension of the card itself – sophisticated but not flashy, secure and easy to open. It needed to provide an active opening experience that feels intentional and high end.
Burgopak’s signature telescopic pack and mailer was selected, with a bespoke sliding opening mechanism. When the user pulls the tab, the card and the onboarding information are presented simultaneously.
Special print options were added and premium finishes: a deboss, spot UV and black satin ribbon. The contrast between the green and the soft touch black board creates a striking first impression.
Ben Feridooni, new business manager at Burgopak, said: ‘We love working with brands that are redefining their industry. Kast differentiates itself by making digital money feel familiar and usable for everyday spending.
‘With this in mind, it was important for the packaging to be distinctive to elevate the Kast card. Right from the first conversations the Kast team had an excellent understanding of the continuity between brand and product, which led to clear creative conversations, making the process smooth throughout.’
Brad Scott, head of cards at Kast, said: ‘When I first spoke to Burgopak and mentioned our vision of ‘Growth In Motion’, the company understood the brief right away. We wanted packaging that feels like a true extension of Kast. Premium, intentional, and effortless to experience. The final pack brings our platform values to life. It is distinctive, beautifully executed, and unmistakably Kast.’
The card, in Burgopak packaging, is now available to the global user base.

I liked the point about how people tend to stay longer and spend more when drinks are easily accessible outside rather than having to go back indoors. It also makes sense that it helps create a more relaxed, social atmosphere in beer gardens. In a way, it feels like outdoor setups are no longer just a “nice extra” but almost expected now, especially in busy summer months where venues compete for attention, rapid assignment help like services such as Rapid Assignment Help can also reflect how convenience-driven everything…
