Antalis has announced the launch of Invercote Touch, a high performance, uncoated solid bleached sulphate (SBS) board designed to meet the demanding needs of premium packaging, graphical applications and luxury print communication.
An extension of the Invercote family, Invercote Touch combines the renowned structural integrity of the brand with a natural, tactile uncoated surface. This delivers excellent printability alongside a sophisticated, ‘crafted’ look and feel that is increasingly sought after in sectors such as cosmetics, premium food and drink, high end retail, greeting cards, stationery and corporate communications.

The uncoated, high white surface delivers a soft, matt tactile feel that appeals to brands seeking a more authentic, sustainable and premium aesthetic than conventional coated boards. At the same time, its strong, resilient construction ensures excellent performance in a wide range of finishing processes including embossing, debossing, foiling, die cutting, creasing and scoring, enabling converters to create impactful structural and decorative effects that add real value.
Engineered for high quality offset printing, Invercote Touch offers excellent ink holdout, good detail reproduction and consistent colour. Its multi‑layer SBS construction offers high stiffness and exceptional tear, tensile and burst strength, while also meeting stringent food and toy safety requirements.
‘Invercote Touch brings together the strength and converting performance that print professionals expect from Invercote with a beautifully natural, tactile surface,’ said Paul Savill, product manager. ‘It opens up new creative possibilities for premium packaging and graphical applications where touch is as important as visual appearance.’
Offered in 330 g/m2 (445 micron) sheets, Invercote Touch is available from Antalis across the UK and Ireland.
