Quadpack has reengineered its Arena PET jar along luxury codes, retaining the same wide silhouette, ergonomic use and effortless refilling, to meet the needs of prestige and cosmeceutical brands

Arena Glass Refill Jar is a stylish solution that elevates your skincare routine. Glass brings an added sense of luxury, making it an ideal choice for premium beauty and cosmeceutical brands. Its sophisticated design features a low profile, thick bottom and wide base, allowing clean and easy access to the formula. Made in Europe of recyclable and recycled materials, its hassle free refilling system encourages reuse habits among consumers.  

With Arena, refilling is effortless and mess free. Integrated grip areas on the inner jar provide an ergonomic hold and allow for easy removal. The refill is then simply pushed in and it is like new, ready to use again. 

The 60 ml outer jar incorporates 30% post consumer recycled glass, with a thick bottom for greater perceived luxury. The inner and cap are monomaterial polypropylene for optimal formula compatibility, with a minimum of 30% PCR content. Moreover, the refill’s 50 ml capacity avoids overpackaging by reducing the space between the inner and outer jars. A shive can be added on request, while the inner is also suitable for induction thermosealing during the filling process, removing the need for a temporary cap and lowering material use. 

A host of decoration options can be applied to reflect the brand’s aesthetics, ranging from pure luxury to a clean, clinical look and feel. The dual structure of the glass jar and inner refill offers immense potential for creative design.
